The Managing Director of Mumbai based Money Masters Leasing & Finance Ltd, Hozef Darukhanawala, published a report informing about the Board's decision to migrate the listing status of the company from BSE Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) platform to BSE Main Board. The decision is subject to approval from shareholders.

Money Masters Leasing & Finance Ltd funds small and medium enterprises, start-up businesses for machineries and consumer goods, which are to be used for commercial activity.
