Mitsu Chem Plast acquires business of Prince Multiplast

Mitsu Chem Plast acquired the large blow moulding business of Prince Multiplast Private.

As per the report posted by Drishti Thakker, compliance officer of Mitsu Chem Plast Ltd., the company adds to the existing operational capacity by acquiring the moulding business of Prince Multiplast Private Limited by purchasing their plant and machinery, moulds and other ancillary equipments.

Mitsu Chem Plast Ltd, formerly known as Mitsu Chem Pvt Ltd. is a Maharashtra based company engaged in manufacturing of world-class plastic blow moulded and injection moulded products.
