Decline in profit and revenue at Ratnabhumi Developers in HY1 FY19-20

Total Revenue at Ratnabhumi Developers Limited for HY1 of FY2019-20 reached Rs.45.01 lacs showing decline against Rs.1.49 crore in a year ago period.

Ratnabhumi Developers Limited announced the financial results for half year ended 30.09.2019 with a PAT decrease of Rs.7.91 lacs compared to the corresponding period last year.

Following are the financials of HY1 at Ratnabhumi Developers for FY19-20:

1. Net profit reached Rs.19.86 lacs, whereas last year same period it was Rs.27.77 lacs

2. Profit before tax stands at Rs.26.16 lacs against Rs.36.11 lacs in a year ago period.

3. EPS stands at Rs.0.14, as compared to Rs.0.20 in the preceding year same period.

The total standalone earnings at Ratnabhumi Developers Limited in the financial year 2018-19 was Rs.1.98 crore with a PBT of Rs.43.45 lacs and PAT was Rs.33.41 lacs.
