Waa Solar earned Rs.29.02 Crore standalone and Rs.85.67 Crore consolidated net revenue in the Fiscal Year 2018-19.

Waa Solar Ltd in FY2018-19 reported Rs.5.28 Crore standalone PAT registering 92% YOY growth against Rs.2.75 Crore in the last Fiscal Year.

Consolidated yearly net profit reached Rs.3.66 Crore in the present fiscal against Rs.3.92 Crore in FY17-18, as reported by Amit Khurana, Managing Director of Waa Solar Ltd.

Consolidated PBT was Rs.6.85 Crore in FY2018-19 whereas last year it was Rs.4.87 Crore.

Reportedly, the standalone financial facts stand as:

- In HY2 of FY2018-19 PAT was Rs.3.95 Crore increasing by Rs.1.84 Crore as compared to the previous year corresponding period.
- PBT was Rs.7.50 Crore in FY2018-19 whereas last year it was Rs.3.41 Crore.
- Second half yearly PBT was Rs.5.29 Crore rising by Rs.2.68 Crore as against previous year same period.

Vadodara based Waa Solar Limited is engaged in solar power generation by setting up Solar Power Project and by investing in Special Purpose Vehicle ("SPV") associate and subsidiaries companies which are engaged in solar power generation activities.
