Sharika Enterprises posted consolidated earnings of Rs.24.51 Crore in FY2018-19 against Rs.19.44 Crore in a year-ago period.

Sharika Enterprises Limited reported consolidated PAT of Rs.48.06 Lakh in FY2018-19 against last economic year's Rs.1.38 Crore.

Reportedly, In FY2018-19, standalone PAT reached Rs.89.27 Lakh decreasing by Rs.1.37 Crore as against preceding year's.

Annual consolidated PBT declined to Rs.77.11 Lakh in FY18-19 as compared to Rs.2.03 Crore in the corresponding period last year.

As per the report published by, Mr. Rajinder Kaul, Chairman & Managing Director of Sharika Enterprises Limited, standalone annual PBT for the Financial Year 2018-19 reached Rs.1.18 Crore whereas in the previous year it was Rs.2.91 Crore.

Sharika Enterprises Limited deals in EPC contracts specialized assembling, erection services, representation services mostly to power generation, transmission and distribution sector. The company is based out of Noida and has assembling units in Jammu and Noida.
