BSE Startups Platform opens with two listings


Maharashtra based Alphalogic Techsys and Transpact Enterprises become first two companies to get listed on BSE Startups Platform.


AlphalogicTechsys and Transpact Enterprises are the first two companies to get listed on BSE Startups Platform on September 5, 2019. On December 22, 2018, BSE became the first stock exchange to get the approval from SEBI to launch its Startups platform.


One of the companies listed on BSE Startups is Alphalogic Techsys Limited. The company came out with an initial public offering of 7,36,000 Equity Shares of value Rs.10 each for cash, at a price of Rs.84 per equity share, aggregating to Rs.618.24 lakh. Alphalogic Techsys has successfully completed its public issue on August 28, 2019. AlphalogicTechsys Limited, based in Pune, Maharashtra, is engaged in offering technology services, end-to-end technology solutions and support.


The other company Transpact Enterprises Limited listed an initial public offering of 1,04,000Equity Shares of value Rs.10 each for cash, at a price of Rs.130 per equity share, aggregating to Rs.135.20lakh. The company has successfully completed its public issue on August 28, 2019. Mumbai based Transpact Enterprises Limited is a MedTechstartup providing innovative, cost-effective and comprehensive solutions, products with strategic partnership and collaborative relationship to help especially abled people to transcend their barriers.


The above companies listed on BSE Startups Platform have raised Rs.7.53 crore from the market and total market capitalization of these companies as on September 5, 2019 is 28.33 crore. BSE is the market leader in this segment with a market share of 100 percent.
