Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds has informed the Exchange that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on September 02, 2019, have considered and approved bonus at the ratio of 1: 5, i.e. 1 Equity Shares for every 5 Equity Shares held.

Further, the board of Bombay Super Hybrid Seeds approved the increase in authorised share capital Rs 7 crore (70,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/-each) to Rs 10 crore (1,00,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10/-each) by amending capital clause of the memorandum of association of the company.
