Creative Peripherals and Distribution Limited gets approval from the Board for allotment of 58 Lakh equity shares to 200 shareholders.

Board of Directors at Creative Peripherals and Distribution Limited allotted bonus shares in 1:1 ratio (1 bonus equity share of value Rs.10 each fully paid up for every 1 existing equity share of value Rs.10 each fully paid up) to total 200 shareholders of the company whose name appeared on record date held on 26th June, 2019.

Reportedly, the paid up share capital before bonus was Rs.5.80 Crore that is 58 Lakh shares of face value Rs.10 each. Post bonus allotment, it is Rs.11.60 Crore, accounted by 1.16 Lakh shares of face value Rs.10 each.

As a result of the Bonus allotment, share capital of the company exceeded Rs.10 Crore, making the company eligible for migrating from NSE Emerge platform to NSE Main Board.
