Alphalogic Techsys Limited is to get listed on BSE Startups Platform on 5th September 2019, in the list of 'TS' Group of securities. The scrip will be in trade-for-trade segment for 10 trading days.

Alphalogic Techsys Limited has 27.75 Lakh Equity Shares of value Rs.10 each fully paid up. The company has set the value of Rs.84 per share (face value of Rs.10 and premium of Rs.74) as issue price for the current public issue.

The company's scrip will be a part of Special Pre-open Session (SPOS), as per the reports.
