Airan Limited, engaged in business of Information Technology (IT) and Information Technology (IT) enabled services including Banking transaction processing services and Document management services for telecommunication companies, internet services provider, payment banks etc acquired 100% stakes in Airan BPO Private Limited which is engaged in the business of business and service process outsourcing and support services.

As per stated by Airan Limited, this acquisition will strengthen the technological expertise and enhance customer base. The shares of Airan BPO Private Limited were acquired at Rs. 11 price.

Airan BPO Private Limited was incorporated on 9th November, 2012. This company had turnover of Rs. 10,000 as on 31st March 2018, Rs. 16,745 on 2017 year and Rs. 18,090 at the end of 31st March, 2016.
