Aarvi Encon gets the approval to shift from NSE Emerge to the main board.

As per the report published by Jay H.Shah, Company Secretary of Aarvi Encon, the Board of Directors of the company has considered and approved the proposal of migration from the NSE SME Emerge platform of National Stock Exchange of India to Main Board.

Further, the board of director also approved to increase the authorized share capital of Aarvi Encon
