The Board of Directors at Creative Peripherals and Distribution Limited considered and approved Final Dividend at the rate of 5% (Re.0.50 per equity share) on face value (Rs.10 each) of company's equity shares, for the financial year ended on 31st March, 2019.

Reportedly, promoters of the company, holding 68.95% of overall paid up equity share capital have opted out from their rights to have dividend. As a result, the Final Dividend will be allotted to public share holding that is 31.05% of overall paid up equity share capital.
