Airan announced its Standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and period ended on 31st December, 2020.

Financials for Standalone Q3 at Airan in FY20-21 are as follows:

- Revenue reached Rs. 18.89 crore while previous year corresponding period it was Rs. 15.92crore.

- Net profit rises to Rs. 2.28 crore against Rs. 1.39 crore in a year ago period.

- Earning per share was Rs. 0.18 against Rs. 0.11 in a year ago period.

Standalone financials for the 9 months period ended on 31st December 2020 at Airan are as follows:

- Revenue was Rs. 45.04 crore whereas in the last year same period it was Rs. 42.10 crore.

- Net profit was Rs. 3.08 crore against Rs. 4.18 crore in a year ago period

- Earning per share was Rs. 0.25 against Rs 0.33 in the corresponding period previous year.

Standalone annual revenue in FY19-20 reached Rs. 58.15 crore with net profit of Rs. 6.39 crore and Earning per share was Rs. 0.51 at Airan.

Following are the consolidated Q3 financials at Airan in FY20-21:

- Revenue reached Rs. 19.57 crore whereas previous year corresponding period it was Rs. 16.37 crore

- PAT rises to Rs. 2.43 crore against Rs. 1.61 crore in a year ago period.

- EPS was Rs. 0.19 while preceding year same period it was profit of Rs. 0.13 per share.

Consolidated financials for the first 9 months period in FY20-21 at Airan are given below:

- Revenue reached at Rs. 46.32 crore whereas previous year corresponding period it was Rs. 43.21 crore.

- Net profit reached at Rs. 3.38 crore against Rs. 4.43 crore in a year ago period.

- Earning per Share reached Rs. 0.27 while preceding year same period it was Rs. 0.35 per share.

Consolidated annual revenue at Airan in FY19-20 reached Rs. 59.59 crore with Net profit of Rs. 6.72 crore and Earning per share was Rs. 0.54.
